I feel sad when I see a situation like this. Hope they will clean the mess soon!!!!

    Hi Toomzie,
    This is just opposite to the Amiri Diwan where you have the Kuwait Insurance located! There is a paid parking. This is very close to that!!! Yday I had parked my car in the paid parking & was coming down the stairs when I saw this!!! Probably they will clean the mess soon!!! Lets hope !!!
